The company organized a unique internal trainer training program.

Through departmental recommendations and selection, the first batch of internal trainers was chosen. Through engaging PowerPoint presentations, Teacher Wang helped participants understand how to prepare for training, develop training materials, and deliver training effectively, keeping them fully engaged throughout the session.
